Program description
Clarity Crew Clean LLC may send text messages about cleaning estimate requests, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, customer care, and follow-up questions related to requested cleaning services.
Opting in
You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our estimate form, by sending us a text message first, or by otherwise giving clear permission for Clarity Crew Clean LLC to text you. Consent to receive text messages is not required to request an estimate or purchase services.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies based on your request, scheduling needs, and customer service activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we may send one final confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages unless you opt back in.
